Job Description:

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for offering cutting-edge treatments such as Votiva and Morpheus, along with any other services you wish to offer within the aesthetics field. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in the aesthetics industry who is passionate about building their own clientele and growing their business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform Votiva and Morpheus procedures with a focus on excellent patient care and results.

· Provide additional aesthetic services as you build your client base (facials, body treatments, etc.).

· Develop, promote (via social media and other sources), and grow your own client base by promoting services, building relationships, and offering personalized care.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer the latest in aesthetic treatments.

· Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Requirements:

· Licensed Aesthetician or Esthetician (or equivalent depending on local requirements).

· Experience or interest in Votiva and Morpheus procedures (training can be provided).

· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to grow your own business.

· Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

· A passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.

Must have social marketing experience

Compensation: This position offers commission-based pay, which means you control your earning potential based on the number of customers and treatments you provide. As you build your clientele and reputation, your earning potential will grow significantly.
