Join a Premier Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics Practice

Bellava Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a plastic surgery practice, not just another med spa. You'll work alongside our board-certified plastic surgeon and experienced providers while treating both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic patients. This hybrid role combines aesthetic treatments with patient coordination/front desk responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and creating an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments

Educate patients on treatment options and skincare

Recommend treatment plans and skincare products

Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations

Maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Deliver exceptional customer service from the first phone call through post-treatment follow-up

Work closely with our providers to ensure outstanding patient outcomes

Treatments You Should Be Proficient In

Candidates should have experience performing the majority of the following:

Microneedling

Vivace RF Microneedling

Hydrafacial

Coolifting Facial

Photofacial (IPL)

Chemical Peels

VI Peel

Body Contouring

CoolSculpting

Qualifications

Licensed Aesthetician (required)

Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice

Experience performing the majority of the treatments listed above

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Sales and retail skincare experience is a plus

Passion for aesthetics and delivering an exceptional patient experience

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience

Starting pay begins at $26.00 per hour
