    What Will You Do?

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident in performing advanced treatments, excels in client consultations, and is driven to contribute to practice growth through retention, education, and service excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments with precision and consistency
    • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
    • Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and home care recommendations
    • Drive package sales, memberships, and retail product recommendations
    • Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
    • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize client experience and scheduling flow
    • Participate in practice promotions, events, and growth initiatives

    Services Performed

    • Laser Hair Removal (Diolaze or equivalent)
    • IPL / Photofacials (Lumecca or equivalent)
    • CO2 Laser + CoolPeel Resurfacing
    • RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 or equivalent)
    • SkinPen Microneedling + PRP
    • HydraFacial Treatments
    • Chemical Peels (PCA, VI Peel)
    • Medical-Grade Facials and Acne Treatments
    • Skin Tightening (Forma or equivalent)
    • Dermaplaning and advanced add-on services

    Technology & Equipment

    • Cartessa CO2 Laser + CoolPeel
    • InMode Devices (Lumecca, Diolaze, Forma, Morpheus8)
    • SkinPen Microneedling System
    • HydraFacial System
    • PCA Skin & VI Peels

    Qualifications

    • Active Georgia Aesthetician License and Assistant Laser Practitioner License
    • 2+ years of experience in a med spa or clinical aesthetic setting
    • Experience with laser and energy-based devices is a must
    • Strong consultation, sales, and client communication skills
    • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
    • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
