What Will You Do?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident in performing advanced treatments, excels in client consultations, and is driven to contribute to practice growth through retention, education, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments with precision and consistency
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and home care recommendations
- Drive package sales, memberships, and retail product recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant
- Collaborate with team members to optimize client experience and scheduling flow
- Participate in practice promotions, events, and growth initiatives

- Laser Hair Removal (Diolaze or equivalent)
- IPL / Photofacials (Lumecca or equivalent)
- CO2 Laser + CoolPeel Resurfacing
- RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 or equivalent)
- SkinPen Microneedling + PRP
- HydraFacial Treatments
- Chemical Peels (PCA, VI Peel)
- Medical-Grade Facials and Acne Treatments
- Skin Tightening (Forma or equivalent)
- Dermaplaning and advanced add-on services
Technology & Equipment
- Cartessa CO2 Laser + CoolPeel
- InMode Devices (Lumecca, Diolaze, Forma, Morpheus8)
- SkinPen Microneedling System
- HydraFacial System
- PCA Skin & VI Peels
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Aesthetician License and Assistant Laser Practitioner License
- 2+ years of experience in a med spa or clinical aesthetic setting
- Experience with laser and energy-based devices is a must
- Strong consultation, sales, and client communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
