About the Role:

Reset You MD is looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team in Winter Garden, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in skincare and beauty treatments to a welcoming environment where you can truly make clients feel their best. If you love helping people look and feel confident, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone part time as we ramp up, but will transition into full time!

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation services

Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans

Hydra-Facial, Skin Pen Microneedling, Derma planning, chemical peels.

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend professional-grade products

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

Stay current on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

Valid Florida Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required

Strong sales experience and customer relations.

Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics setting preferred

Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels

Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
