    Role Overview:

    The Aesthetician provides expert-level skin care services, including HydraFacial,

    chemical peels, and microneedling, while educating clients on treatment plan options

    and post-care routines. You will collaborate with team members, contribute to sales

    goals, and uphold Serotonin’s standards of excellence in client experience and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Skin Care Consultations & Personalized Treatments

    • Conduct thorough skin care consultations to understand client concerns and goals.

    • Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments with precision

    and expertise.

    • Tailor treatments to match client needs and chosen packages or membership for

    maximum treatment plan satisfaction.

    SMART Goal: Complete 100% of scheduled consultations and treatments; achieve ≥90

    client satisfaction on post-treatment surveys.

    1. Client Education & Product Recommendations

    • Educate clients on treatment benefits, post-care routines, and premium skin care

    products.

    • Upserve and recommend products to enhance treatment outcomes and client

    wellness.

    SMART Goal: ≥80% of clients receive personalized product recommendations; maintain

    ≥60% product purchase adherence.

    1. Service Excellence & Engagement

    • Greet clients warmly and create a relaxing, rejuvenating environment.

    • Engage in meaningful conversations to build trust and long-term relationships.

    SMART Goal: Maintain NPS ≥90; achieve ≥80% repeat booking rate for aesthetic

    services.

    1. Sales & Membership Support

    • Promote memberships, packages, and center services aligned with client goals.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales and membership targets.

    1. Safety & Compliance

    • Maintain HIPAA and biohazard compliance; follow rigorous safety protocols for all

    treatments.

    • Ensure proper sanitation and sterilization of tools and treatment areas.

    SMART Goal: Zero compliance violations; 100% completion of safety training annually.

    1. Team Collaboration & Professional Development

    • Participate in daily huddles; keep trackers current and aligned with center goals.

    • Attend all role-based meetings and complete compliance training in SeroConnect

    (Internal LMS).

    • Engage in ongoing education to stay current with industry trends and new

    techniques.

    SMART Goal: ≥95% attendance at huddles/meetings; complete ≥1 professional

    development activity monthly.

    Core KPIs & Targets

    • Client Satisfaction (NPS): ≥90

    • Treatment Completion Rate: 100%

    • Product Recommendation Adherence: ≥60%

    • Compliance & Documentation Accuracy: 100%

    Qualifications

    • State Licensed Aesthetician with proven experience in HydraFacials, chemical peels,

    and microneedling.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to create a welcoming and professional

    environment.

    • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

    • Prior sales experience and willingness to upserve skin care products.

    • Proficiency in Zenoti and general business platforms.

    Tech Stack & Tools

    • Zenoti — POS, scheduling, documentation, billing.

    • GHL — CRM and marketing automation.

    • Center trackers and whiteboard — daily goals and performance metrics.
