** What you will do**

** Clinical**

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with a natural, patient-first approach
• Conduct thorough facial assessments and individualized treatment planning
• Integrate wellness-focused consultations into every patient interaction
• Stay current on advanced injectable techniques and emerging modalities
• Document treatments and maintain compliant, detailed patient records

** Patient experience**

• Build long-term patient relationships grounded in trust and transparency
• Educate patients on treatment options, maintenance, and holistic wellness
• Manage follow-ups and outcomes with a commitment to safety and results
• Contribute to a warm, elevated in-clinic experience aligned with the Refine brand
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team on service evolution

** What we are looking for**

** Required**

• Active ** NP, PA, or MD license** in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical patient experience
• Injectable training with hands-on experience (Botox, fillers)
• Strong foundation in facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
