    About Us 4Ever Young Johns Creek is a fast-growing wellness and aesthetics clinic offering services such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), IV therapy, Botox, fillers, facials, and more. We’re part of a national franchise dedicated to helping people look and feel their best. We’re currently hiring a high-energy Assistant Manager and Sales/Marketing Coordinator to help grow our business and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

    What You’ll Do

    Sales & Lead Conversion

    Manage incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads through our CRM

    Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to schedule consultations

    Convert at least 40% of leads into appointments

    Ensure 90%+ of scheduled patients attend their appointments

    Promote memberships, services, and packages to increase client retention

    Clinic Operations Support

    Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations

    Help coordinate staff schedules and clinic events

    Maintain inventory and ensure a clean, professional clinic environment

    Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, compliance with HIPAA and other health regulations

    Assist in ordering and vendor relationships for medical and retail products

    Step in as acting manager when needed

    Provide direct support to the GM by assisting with ad-hoc requests and managing requested operational tasks.

    Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.

    Financial Management

    Track revenue and expense performance, assist in managing improved efficiency

    Report weekly and monthly metrics to ownership and recommend improvement strategies

    Marketing & Social Media

    Create engaging social media content (Instagram & Facebook)

    Coordinate influencer and ambassador promotions

    Plan and attend local organic marketing events (pop-ups, expos, gym visits, collaborations, etc.)

    Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotions

    Establish measurable goals for social media campaigns, including growth in followers, google reviews, engagement rates, and conversions

    Learn 4Ever Young credentialing information for your center; familiarize yourself with information about all products and services so you can answer questions.

    Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our products and services – find what you love and share your experience with patients!

    Client Experience

    Greet clients, coordinate new appointments, and provide service information

    Follow up after consultations and treatments to ensure satisfaction

    Promote seasonal specials, packages, and loyalty programs

    What We’re Looking For

    Must-Have:

    2+ years of management, sales, customer service, or marketing experience, preferably in a med spa, wellness clinic, fitness center, or healthcare setting

    Proven success in converting leads and hitting sales targets

    Strong sales skills with a proven ability to set and achieve goals.

    Strong communication and follow-up skills

    Interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Comfortable using CRM, email, text platforms, and social media

    Propensity to stay current on 4Ever Young services & products, as well as industry trends in medical aesthetics and anti-aging wellness

    Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong sense of ethics

    Nice-to-Have:

    Experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, or beauty/aesthetics setting

    Event planning or community outreach experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

    Spanish-speaking a plus

    Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics

    Pay & Perks

    Base Pay: $18–$21/hour (depending on experience)

    Total Earning Potential: Up to $35–$50/hour with commissions and bonuses

    Schedule

    40 hours/week

    Saturdays availability required
