We are currently seeking a Temporary Part Time Medical Records Specialist to join our fast-paced, busy practice. Weekly schedule is flexible, approximately 15-20 hours/week. Monday – Friday daylight hours available.

The successful candidate will retrieve and file medical records. Ability to multi-task, while ensuring patient chart availability, accuracy and completion.

Qualifications

Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and corporate compliance plan.

Provides prompt and courteous service in a high volume, fast-paced, patient centered environment.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Must be able to interact professionally, in a pleasant manner with all patients, coworkers, physicians and other healthcare professionals. Ability to produce in a fast-paced, busy practice.

Position reports to Manager of Reception Services.
