Job Description

We are seeking an in-house Payroll Administrator familiar with union, job costing and hour distribution. Additional administrative duties would be included in position. Familiar with SAGE accounting program plus but not necessary. Duties include but not limited to below - * Gather time sheets, log hours on spreadsheet * Job cost payroll including breakdown of workers comp. codes * Enter payroll in Sage * Process payroll, verify hours match spreadsheet * Generate direct deposits * Transfer money to payroll account and upload to bank * Distribute direct deposits * Post payroll * Send garnishments weekly via website * Send HSC checks to bank monthly * Run reports * Run monthly new hire reports via Atrix * Run/Distribute certified payroll reports * Set up new employees - in Sage, make employee files * Log time lines for eligibility dates * Set up health insurance, Flex Facts, 401K, Life insurance, LT/ST disability * Set up elective options - Additional life insurance, dental, vision, HSA, Aflac * Do unemployment paperwork * Handle any WC or GL claims * Track vacation/sick time for office/warehouse personnel * Do W2's and 1095's yearly ADMIN. DUTIES * Set up new jobs in Sage and Dataforma * Make job worksheet for folder with pertinent info. * Make job folder and address labels * Order COI's, Bonds * Return contracts and followup * Complete pre-qualification packages * If needed as backup type proposals/bids for project manager, assist with billings, filings, etc. Company Description Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Aetna Roofing Corporation has been in the commercial roofing and waterproofing business since 1969 and is committed to providing the most responsive, efficient and effective commercial roof services.
