    Job Description:

    Aeyon is a rapidly growing company, and we are seeking highly motivated, talented candidates to join our staff. The Program Analyst supports an Army Acquisition Product Manager's Cost Analyst Team by reviewing and updating Life Cycle Cost Estimates, cost models in ACEIT to determine the total costs of the program, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Proposal Evaluation inputs, tasker inputs, Spend Plans, and other related cost inputs. This role performs complex analysis of budgets and schedules that are needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs. The Program Analyst interfaces with top management, responding to their requests for financial data.

    • Execute, project, and track the budget of the Product Office programs.
    • Update, and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Program Office Estimates (POEs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
    • Evaluate contractor cost data to include Earned Value and Cost Performance Reports.
    • Participate in strategic planning meetings.
    • Analyze the following cost elements: labor, travel, materials, other ODC, overhead, G&A, and cost of money.
    • Evaluate various Courses of Action (COAs) in developing an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
    • Defend budget recommendations with data and evidence-based analyses to senior leadership and Cost Review Board (CRB) members.
    • Translate technical system requirements into cost elements while developing Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
    • Analyze historical learning and rate curve data and incorporate methodology into cost estimates.
    • Assist in developing Contractor Software Data Report (CSDR) plans.
    • Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefings to include program funding and cost requirements.
    • Create Budgetary controls and financial management processes.

    Experience Requirements:

    Mandatory: Must have at least 8 equivalent years of experience performing Acquisition Management and Planning activities in the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or a government support Contractor, and 3 years' experience within the last 1o years.

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • Program Executive Office Aviation PMO experience, PM experience, Headquarters Staff experience.
    • Experience supporting program budgeting processes by preparing POM submissions and P & R-Forms.
    • Working knowledge of the ACEIT software suite.

    • Advanced Microsoft and PowerPoint Skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with team members in finance and across the organization.
    • Understanding of cost-estimating principles such as learning curves, inflation, regression, and statistics. ****

    Certification Requirements:

    Preferred: ICEAA Certification (CCEA or PCEA).

    Education Requirements:

    Mandatory: Bachelor's degree required (Prefer degree to be in math, engineering, or the sciences)
