    Job Description

    The Corporate Marketing and Graphic Design Intern position will assist the corporate marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities, with a specific focus on the concept and production of digital and print pieces.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare visual marketing assets including photographs, videos, and graphic design elements for print and online.
    • Support the production of the annual company magazine, AD Today.
    • Produce corporate communications to be disseminated through print and online platforms including but not limited to; e-newsletters, press releases, and social media.
    • Design and create marketing assets, including social media imagery.
    • Work with the Communications Director to ensure consistent branding across the company through monitoring current efforts and the creation of new materials for the Divisions, as needed.
    • Other relevant projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
    • Prior marketing internship experience preferred
    • Strong in the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Experienced with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Knowledge of video editing
    • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
    • Dynamic portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce creative and strategic solutions

    Additional Information

    • Standard business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    • Approximately 24 hours per week
