We have immediate openings for Overnight Shift Customer Service Representatives. Shifts will include working on weekends.

BILINGUAL IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Your schedule will be the same every week and overtime is voluntary.

Located in a modern building in the Hobby Airport area, our state-of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced in the United States. As a Call Center Representative, you will act as our customers’ first line of defense. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Collect information from our customers to update their accounts
• Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the proper handling of each alarm
• This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, & can interchange between the two
• You want to work in a fast paced call center environment where you will help protect people and keep them safe
• You are detailed oriented
• You have solid communication skills
• You enjoy learning new skills, systems, processes, and procedures
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Access to reliable transportation
• No customer service experience required
