    Job Description

    •Should have the ability to mine existing business and drive new business development activities right from lead generation to opportunity closure by working closely with support teams.

    •Should have consultative capability to explore business challenges and unearth opportunities by imaging the art of possible.

    •Should have the ability to manage P&Ls . Should be able to achieve revenue and margin goals and should have demonstrated this capability in earlier roles

    •Should have the ability to hire, train, groom and nurture talent

    •Candidate must have proven experience in developing services and solutions in Big Data Analytics for Retail-CPG industry especially with US & UK customers

    •Should be able to define strategy for the practice by analyzing market demand, competition footprint and Affine’s strengths and goals

    •Should be able to operationalize the strategy by developing capabilities (services & solutions, people,  assets and reusable components), create GTM, drive business development activities and then manage customer engagements

    •Should have deep understanding and experience in customer analytics, sales &marketing analytics, supply chain and logistics, merchandising, product planning and operational analytics

    •Should have deep business domain knowledge and should have thorough understanding of how analytics can help manage and transform various business processes

    •Should have good understanding and exposure to Big Data Technologies and Cloud Technologies

    •Should have performed hands-on analytics roles for at least 5 years using various analytical techniques and tools

    •Proven track record in large account management and customer management both for existing accounts and new business growth

    •Strong practice lead profile with a proven track record of incubating and growing Big Data Analytics practice

    •Practice development, customer management, people management and business development in analytics

    •At least 10 years of overall experience in selling business consulting and analytics services especially for customers in USA and working for leading consulting / analytics organizations

    •Demonstrated thought leadership in analytics specific to Technology, Retail- CPG, Travel and Pharmaceuticals and should have demonstrable POV in each of these or other domains

    •Strong skills in analytics tools and techniques

    •Also should have excellent understanding of big data and Cloud implementation and technologies

    •Should have good understanding of machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, RPA etc.
