    Job Description

    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The candidate will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract new staffing candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. 

    Ultimately, the selected candidate will work to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong business pipeline.

    The ideal candidates should have existing clients in Warehouse, Distribution, Professional Services, Light Industrial, Janitorial or Home Health Care.

    SALES RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    1.   Present, promote and sell services using solid metrics/data to existing and prospective customers

    2.   Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

    3.   Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

    4.   Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

    5.    Setting up personal meetings to introduce services, benefits, etc.

    6.   Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

    7.   Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

    8.   Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

    9.   Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

    1. Supply management team  with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    2. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    3. Develop new client relationships
    4.  Increase the number of proposals submitted (and won!)
    5. Recruit candidates for hire
    6. Participate in the interview and hiring process.

    RECRUITING RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
    3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
    4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
    5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    7. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    10. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    12. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

     REQUIRED SKILLS:

    1. Proven work experience as a sales representative
    2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    3. Familiarity with Business Resource Management and Customer Relationship Management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
    4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    5. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    9. BS/BA degree or equivalent
    10. Experience using Bullhorn or other staffing management software (preferred, not required)

    POTENTIAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

    1. Be comfortable & assertive on the phone - must be able to call warm leads and set up meetings
    2. Experience in creating and growing business accounts & relationships
    3. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for hire
    4. Participation in trade shows /conventions, networking events, and events to network with others
    5. Pitching services to new clients and cultivate existing relationships
    6. Previous experience in marketing services to the commercial light industrial sector is a plus
