Affinity: Cultivation Technician

Do you have a green thumb? Have experience on a farm or in an indoor agricultural facility? We are looking for superstar Cultivation Technicians with a passion for growing cannabis – come help us grow (literally) into the best cannabis company in the state!
Affinity is a fully vertically integrated Massachusetts Medical Marijuana company that recently began cultivation and expects to open retail outlets in the coming months. We are looking for a Cultivation Technician to work in our grow facility. Candidates should have knowledge of cultivation and harvest stages, and a desire to learn best grow practices. Our team is very talented, close-knit, and like-able, and we intend to hire people with similar attributes.
Position Overview:
The Cultivation Technician I is responsible for efficient cultivation and preparation of high-quality marijuana flower. The Cultivation Tech performs all tasks assigned in both team and individual environments under the direction of the Cultivation Manager.

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
