Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Repair and replace vehicle components, such as engines, transmissions, steering/suspension and brake systems.

Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and estimated completion times.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Assist with establishing service procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, testing and repairs

conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner via notes

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is a plus.
