Job Description: Precision AirConvey seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our industry leading organization in Newark, Delaware. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving creative ideas and be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts.

Responsibilities: The candidate must:

• Assist with establishing and analyzing strategic marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives for lead generation and overall effectiveness

• Manage all inbound and outbound marketing communication activities including content development and optimization, advertising, trade show/event planning, website, social media,direct mail, and signage

• Support the sales team by developing marketing materials, sales documents, and assisting with sales processes and reporting for sales leaders

• Conduct market and competitor research and analysis to identify sales opportunities

• Coordinate and manage all trade shows events including message development, trade show exhibits and logistics, and onsite direction

• Work collaboratively with external suppliers and internal departments to build the brand, stay on message, and create opportunities for increased sales

• Assist in analyzing marketing trends and company data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies

• Ensure the growth of the business and be committed to the company’s success

Requirements Requirements:  The candidate will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• Have 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution, manufacturing or medical industry experience helpful

• Possess thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing elements and market research methods

• Display experience in marketing data analytics and tools

• Have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing software, and web applications/analytics and knowledge of HTML, CCS and web development tools

• Demonstrate sound business judgment, strong decision making, superior written and verbal communication skills

• Be passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail

• Have outstanding organization, planning, and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities

• Be dedicated to the work with a willingness to think independently and have a “figure it out” mindset

• Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
