    Job Description

    The Product Marketing Manager ensures that the right customers are getting the right message, through the right channels.  

    The PMM will work closely with the Product team to understand and plan around the roadmap. They will own product, feature and solution launches including internal education and the narrative around external collateral. 

    The PMM will partner with the revenue team to understand what prospects and customers are requesting and make sure that info is communicated to Product. They will pair up with the content marketing manager to create a compelling content to drive our marketing programs. They will own the customer-facing narrative and be relentless about ensuring consistency across the team. 

    The ultimate goal is to make sure we are building the right features for our customers and those features are communicated. 

    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of opening new verticals, product strategy, growth marketing, brand and have a track record of strong cross-functional coordination. They should also possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.

     

    WHAT THE ROLE WILL BE DOING:

    • Partner with Product Management to develop product strategies and roadmaps
    • Review competitive offerings and drive ongoing differentiation
    • Offer creative problem solving and analytical reasoning
    • Work closely with Product Marketing leadership to support cross-functional initiatives
    • developing clear positioning and messaging
    • Enable sales by building the collateral they need to succeed
    • Manage launches by building value messaging in collaboration with product management, develop collateral and sales tools, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft marketing plans and own product launches
    • Define product positioning with segmentation of customers and prospects that helps shape the marketing message and further define our ICP.
    • Work cross-functionally to determine the best GTM strategy, set proper timelines and KPIs, and coordinate launch.

    WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO THOSE WHO HAVE:

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
    • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing for a SaaS product
    • Demonstrated track record of success driving product marketing initiatives for SaaS products, features and services.
    • Creative individual with an incredible ability to understand and present product value—which will guide internal teams and company messaging with flawless execution
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Excellent communication skills
