    Job Description

    The Sr Product Marketing Manager ensures that the right customers are getting the right message, through the right channels.  They represent the customer's voice in product strategy discussions. 

    The Sr PMM will work closely with the revenue team to understand what prospects are requesting and make sure that info is sent to product. You will create compelling content to drive our marketing programs and be directly responsible for customer adoption.  The ultimate goal is to make sure we are building the right features for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of opening new verticals, product strategy, growth marketing, brand and have a track record of strong cross-functional coordination. They should also possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.

     

    WHAT THE ROLE WILL BE DOING:

    • Partner with Product Management to develop product strategies and roadmaps
    • Review competitive offerings and drive ongoing differentiation
    • Offer creative problem solving and analytical reasoning
    • Work closely with Product Marketing leadership to support cross-functional initiatives
    • developing clear positioning and messaging
    • Enabling sales by building the collateral they need to sell
    • Manage launches by building value messaging in collaboration with product management, develop collateral and sales tools, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft marketing plans and own product launches.

    WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO THOSE WHO HAVE:

    • 3+ years of marketing experience and 2+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
    • Track record with a modern marketing mix; has developed narratives, lead sales enablement, and built external collateral
    • Proven successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, B2B Sales teams, B2B customer success
    • Worked closely with Product and helped influence roadmap
    • Highly cross-functional, with the ability to partner with different teams across the company
    • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Stand out verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous start-up experience is a big plus
