    Janitorial/Grounds Keeper personnel will be assigned to a property based on the request/need of our client. They will be supervised by the community association manager assigned to the property.

    Janitorial/ Grounds Keeper responsibilities in cleaning of all common areas within the community that may include both indoor and outdoor areas.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    (Depending on the needs of the property some or all may apply)

    • General Clean Up of all areas
    • Must have a valid Drivers License (Will Drive a Golf Cart on the grounds, If applicable)
    • Must have some knowledge to paint (Paint Exterior of wall of buildings and Interiors, if applicable).
    • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas (Parking Lots/Green spaces)
    • Vacuums, sweeps, polishes and mops floors
    • Straighten furniture where needed 
    • Check all Light bulbs
    • Remove all litter from the property 
    • Sanitize and clean bathrooms from bowls, sinks, and urinals. 
    • Restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap Dispensers where needed 
    • Non-Routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
    • Clean Club House and Pool Area (if applicable)
    • Dusts and removes fingerprints from all surfaces.
    • Polishes, clean glass doors, brass, and mirrors.
    • Emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
    • Assist in Hurricane/Tropical storm preparation when needed
    • Operate equipment needed on property such as Pressure cleaner and Blower
    • Take out trash in all areas on the property
    • Report to supervisor any issues 
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing duties on the property 
    • Cleaning the Guard House (if applicable)
    • MUST be able to lift 50-60lbs

     

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:

    High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

    Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

    1-3 years of janitorial experience preferred. Strong customer service skills preferred

    PART TIME - 20 HOURS PER WEEK

    Be reliable and have proper transportation 

    Monday thru Friday  weekday with flexible weekends when needed

    COMPENSATION - $13 depends on experience

    Bilingual preferred but not a must 

    IMMEDIATE OPENING AVAILABLE - NON NEGOTIABLE
