    Job Description

    We are seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    Employee will be responsible for communicating with industrial OEMs, boat builders, and distributors and will require special attention to detail. Manufacturing Customer Service Representative will provide customer service in addition to performing data entry of records based on interactions.

    Bilingual Required - English and Spanish

    Ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.

    Call center or retail experience is not desirable for this position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
