WE ARE HIRING A CSR!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
· Answer incoming calls and assist the customer with his/her inquiries
· Data: entry of customer orders into ERP system
· Data: entry of customer orders into ERP system
· Logging into customer portal to obtain orders, and provide status update
· Manage customer orders and provide status updates
· Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Be very accurate, responsible, and tactful in dealing with a multitude of customers at all levels
· Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
· Tracking and reporting daily KPI’s
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
· Strong CSR and FCR (First Contact Resolution) Experience
· Computer proficiency to 45 wpm
· Phone skills required, as well as organizational skills
· Minimum of 2 years in customer service
· Understands Microsoft software
· Ability to read, write, and speak English & Spanish, English & Creole
· Proficient with a PC and Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Required
· Computer and website navigation skills required
· Strong Customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work in team settings
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have good grammar skills. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form and to write routine correspondence in English & Spanish.
