In this role you will be working with a specific focus on one of our exciting enterprise level client accounts. As a Customer Engagement Manager (CEM), you are responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients. This role requires someone who is exceptionally proactive, client focused and thrives in a fast paced, sales driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive client and partner satisfaction by understanding customer needs and communicating critical feedback to internal project team members
- Expanding additional Affirma services into new groups and teams within existing and/or new accounts, while building relationships with key decision makers and project stakeholders
- Ensure attainment of revenue targets are met on a quarterly basis
- Network and prospect within accounts to build relationships and meet new contacts
- Perform periodic client check-in’s to confirm satisfaction, and work to resolve outstanding client issues with the help of the Affirma’s internal delivery teams and executives
- Execute and lead quarterly business reviews to grow the Affirma footprint within strategic and enterprise accounts
- Responsible for weekly meeting counts and email activity metrics
- Responsible for executing client estimates, sales proposals and drafting contracts
- Collaborate with Affirma Practice Leads and Executives on account strategy and mapping within strategic and enterprise level accounts
- Periodic client onsite travel and participation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of prior account management and/or sales experience
- Experienced in creating presentations and holding meetings with executives
- Manage, document, track, and report on revenue and open opportunities utilizing CRM tools such as Dynamics or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of the sales function, business and pipeline management
- Experience working with enterprise level clients or experience in the consulting space
- Ability to accurately forecast and create detailed strategic plans
- Strong ability to use prospecting tools such as LinkedIn to connect and meet with new contacts
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement
- Excellent verbal, written and multi-media communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of expertise or equivalent experience
