Affirma’s Marketing Services team is growing and looking for a skilled Marketing Associate. In this role, you will work with a passionate team to support a variety of marketing efforts for a wide range of organizations while maintaining our exceptional track record of client satisfaction.

We love our Marketers to have a passion and focus, however, it is also important that you able to be agile and a Marketing Generalist when needed. Organizational skills are paramount and you may act as a project manager at times helping get projects to the finish line. This is a customer facing position so you must be comfortable leading meetings and driving projects while focused on client satisfaction and meeting client goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to evaluate and develop marketing strategy including client audits, and execution on projects that may include content development, event moderation, social media management, paid ads management, and reporting.
- Manage assigned customer accounts including identifying client marketing needs, identifying gaps, developing and implementing marketing strategy focused on client KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience liaising with multiple stakeholders or clients.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing best practices, strategies, and familiarity with a variety of marketing platforms.
- Experience researching and writing content including blogs, social content and more.
- Analytical capabilities to measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions based on data.
- Confidence to drive conversations with stakeholders, as well as to support your recommendations.
- Learn from mistakes, be willing to ask for support, and help our clients grow.
- Excellent skills on all Office products including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Degree in marketing, communications, PR, advertising, business management or related fields
- Experience with social media management, content marketing, and other platforms
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo and/or others
- Agency or consulting experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Premiere product
- Project management experience, seeing a project from end to end
