    Job Description

    TITLE: Customer Service Representative

    REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, hourly position. Whether on the phone or via email, they will be responsible for assisting customers and vendors with orders while providing top-quality service. They will provide information about our products as well as answer questions, and process returns. This position is located in Niles, IL.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Providing information to customers about our products via phone or email
    • Entering orders
    • Escalating queries and concerns
    • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
    • Work with the marketing team on corporate gifting projects
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions to customer complaints
    • Other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of Customer service experience including eCommerce & Call center support
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
    • Effective at managing multiple projects and working with other departments
    • Ability to work in an office environment (Hours to be determined, some Saturday work between Labor Day & Christmas)
