TITLE: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, hourly position. Whether on the phone or via email, they will be responsible for assisting customers and vendors with orders while providing top-quality service. They will provide information about our products as well as answer questions, and process returns. This position is located in Niles, IL.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing information to customers about our products via phone or email
- Entering orders
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Work with the marketing team on corporate gifting projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions to customer complaints
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of Customer service experience including eCommerce & Call center support
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective at managing multiple projects and working with other departments
- Ability to work in an office environment (Hours to be determined, some Saturday work between Labor Day & Christmas)
