Job Description

Affy Tapple is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! We need a reliable, detail-oriented, professional, team player.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Post daily invoices
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Research and resolve short payments and chargebacks daily 
• Monitor EDI invoicing for all vendors
• Perform credit card administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team Player aptitude
• Excellent excel skills required
• ERP system maneuverability required
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
