$14 PER HOUR BASE PAY + PERFORMANCE BONUS. OUR TOP AGENTS EARN OVER $15 PER HOUR!
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, CSR, you'll interact with customers of a nationwide cell phone service provider to answer questions regarding their account and upsell/cross-sell products and services. You just need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers! In addition to your base hourly pay between $13.50-$14 we reward performance and quality with an extra $0.50 to $1.50 per hour. Our service teams also offer nearly unlimited overtime opportunities where you can earn even more per hour for some extra money.
