  • Responsibilities

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining the Alutiiq, LLC IMAP’s Quality Control Program.
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining the Alutiiq, LLC IMAP’s Safety Program.
    • Fully comprehend the contract requirements, be knowledgeable of industry standards and code requirements for associated field work be conducted.
    • Provide on-site-site QA Reviews of technical team performance
    • Establish Corrective Action Plans to resolve quality issues as they arise
    • Responsible to direct the removal and replacement of non-conforming work and to stop work that is not in compliance with the contract.
    • Review all potential discrepancy Reports, determine discrepancy dispositions, track discrepancies through the Discrepancy Reports Log and verify the issues have been fully corrected prior to closure.
    • Develop annual pre-mobilization meeting agenda and chair Quality Control meetings.
    • Enter customer feedback surveys into automated data base
    • Submit monthly Quality Control Report identifying significant issues or items accomplished for the month and goals for the next month.
    • Review of Field Trip Reports daily.
    • Coordinate and schedule for Post site inspections.
    • Establish Quality Control goals for the project.
    • Attend the Staff, Safety, COR/ACOR Progress Award Fee, QC/QA meetings.
    • Interface with COR/ACOR and the Field Staff Personnel
    • Attend company meetings, training seminars and functions as requested.

     AUTHORITY:

    • Implementation of project QC Plan
    • Implementation of project Safety Plan
    • Discipline employees for safety infraction
    • Schedule Training
    • Review and submit for billing

     

    Required Skills

     

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Architecture or Engineering, OR a professional registration/license in

    architecture or engineering;

    And have a minimum of three years’ experience performing quality control for maintenance and repair or construction work.
