    The Program Manager (PM) is a client facing leadership role with budgetary responsibility for a client facing program.  The PM will lead the successful development, delivery and ongoing operations of Idemia secure identification programs according to our agreed upon client contracts and internal financial commitments.  This is a highly visible leadership position which requires experience leading a client facing implementation, superb oral and written communication skills, direct team leadership in a distributed / matrix environment, and the presence to successfully engage from the C-Suite to intern.  The PM will leverage this presence to partner with the sales and business development organization to identify and deliver on new business opportunities.  We are seeking candidates with experience beyond internal IT project Management.

     

    The PM will lead his/her business and be responsible for delivering the project/program to the agreed upon contract and/or client specifications, meeting the project/program’s financial commitments to the company and ensuring client satisfaction as measured annually through customer surveys and NPS Scores.  Technically, the PM must have demonstrable technology experience in areas such as CRM implementations, agile Software development, and digital transformations.  Government contracting experience is highly beneficial.      

     

    Successful candidates will have delivered or been a part of similar client facing projects/programs under contractually binding terms and conditions and can demonstrate having met corporate financial commitments.   

     

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Lead the client facing project/program, delivering on financial commitment

    • Represent Idemia to the Client and the Client to Idemia. Be each organizations’ advocate to the other.

    • Lead the Idemia and subcontractor (if applicable) team to successfully deliver on our contracted scope, to our committed timeline, and with the finest technical quality expected by our customers.

    • Partner with the Client’s team, negotiate win-win outcomes for both Idemia and the Client as necessary to manage expectations successfully

    • Deliver positive Client Satisfaction year over year as measured by annual customer surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results

    • Manage the client contract to ensure the company meets its obligations. Partner with legal to develop win-win contract management strategies that protect the client, protect Idemia and facilitate growth

    • As a program / project manager, you are ultimately responsible for the successful client delivery as well as meeting your project/program financial commitments. Leading your business includes, but is not limited to:

    • Developing a clear management plan and subordinate plans (e.g., communications, risk, etc.) with all necessary functional areas documenting how you will successfully execute the business of the project/program.

    • Creating the resource loaded project/program schedule that delivers on our contractual obligations commitments while securing commitment internally.

    • Managing and controlling the project/program team cost/schedule performance vs. budget/EAC throughout the delivery.  Update and publish a monthly EACs.

    • Ensure your project/program remains resourced to deliver according to the project plan/schedule.

    • Lead engineering through the documentation of client technical requirements and then subsequent design, development, test and delivery in an Agile environment.  Where necessary shape those requirements to assist the client and/or Idemia. 

    • Training and installing completed programs in to the customer environment. 

    • 360 proactive communication and reporting internally and externally.

     

    Required Skills

    • 5+ years of client facing experience
    • Demonstrated P&L experience ~$2M on delivery projects/programs (+$5M for each subsequent level)
    • Delivery of projects using Earned Value Management (EVM)
    • Contract Management/negotiation experience
    • PMP as certified by Project Management Institute (PMI) or must attain within 6 months of hire.
    • Frequent travel to visit clients; including once per month per client
    • US Citizens only; no dual citizenship

     

     

    Preferred

    • Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for his or her project/program
    • SAFe Agile Development experience
    • Experience in a government contracting environment
