HEALTHCARE PARALEGAL

CareSpot Urgent Care is seeking an experienced paralegal to work in its Corporate Office in Brentwood, TN.  The paralegal will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and monitoring contracts relative to healthcare including clinician agreements, NDAs, business to business service agreements and assisting with general healthcare related matters as needed. The paralegal will organize and maintain legal and litigation files.  The paralegal will create annual reports and state level filings.  The paralegal will also perform legal research.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HEALTHCARE PARALEGAL:

• 3+ years of experience required
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program or Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies is required
• Poised, detailed oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of software
• Outstanding references
