Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Develops quality initiatives for highly complex hardware, software, and service products *
- Manages functions such as software and hardware testing, analytical quality control, verification of systems and document changes and quality audits.*
- Responsible for the documentation of product problems *
- Responsible for assisting as needed in the implementation and compliance of ISO/AS standards.
- Responsible for overseeing the company’s Configuration Management Process*
- Responsible for writing documentation*

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years related work experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Working knowledge of manufacturing/integration processes
- US Citizenship required; Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of repair and return processes
- Working knowledge of life cycle management
- Working knowledge of a FRACAS type system
- Working knowledge of monitoring supplier quality
- Working knowledge of outsource manufacturing reporting and processes
- Minimum of a DoD Secret Clearance
