THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Support the planning, requirements, design, development, engineering, testing, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified Mobile Enterprise Services – Unclassified capabilities across all echelons of Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN). You will provide support to DISA in applying strategic planning, concept and requirements development, implementation, and incorporation of Enterprise capabilities into the Army's portion of the DoDIN.

Review enterprise concepts/designs, provide recommendations, and coordinate results with the MES-U and DMCU staff to support the standard implementation of enterprise capabilities. In support of Emerging Strategies, review, analyze and provide recommendations to utilize new initiatives and best practices to improve areas within program management. Deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)

• Perform capability management by developing vision and direction for customer organizations to include formulation of IT infrastructure and services to produce a coherent IT environment in order to ensure MES-U can support DoD users to perform their official duties using Commercial Mobile Devices (CMD).
• Support the customer in the performance and execution of a new enterprise-level approach to fulfill DISA requirements for service manager capabilities across the DoD under the DMUC program.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:

• Must be able to function independently.
• Provide supervision, overview, and general use training to all organization members and key leaders upon request.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (OR EQUIVALENT)

• BA/BS degree with at least 5 years of experience or at least 10 years of related project management experience
• 3+ years managing large-scale enterprise-level mobile offerings

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• ITIL v3, ITIL 2011, or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

• ITILv3 or ITIL 2011 Intermediate certification desired

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

• 20% Amount
• Travel to where: CONUS, OCONUS

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Active Secret
