JOB DUTIES:
The Administrative Analyst assist with the FMSS Program Manager (PM) management duties. They oversee and performing administrative functions concerned with a project. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, doing site visits and preparing reports. Administrators will interface with work in several industries including engineering, pharmaceutical, health care, and research. They can succeed project managers
- Assist the PM with all activities associated with scheduling, eCC processing and travel coordination efforts for IMAP technicians.
- Ensure day to day duties of the Alutiiq FSO, A/P and Travel group are completed are completed on time and accurate.
- Make suggestion to the PM on plans/ideas to upgrade process for Post visits to ensure its continued effectiveness.
- Assist in any issues related to Travel Expense Reporting (TER) and Travel Authorization Requests (TAR).
- Communicate with FMSS Team Memebers on Travel and Expenser Reporting issues.
- Assist the PM with the Develop of various Project Schedules
Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 3 years’ experience supporting Department of State, Overseas Building Operations (OBO) programs and projects
- Working knowledge of OBO Policies and Procedures
- Working knowledge of Facility Security and Travel Policies and procedures
- 1 – 3 years’ experience with creating and maintaining schedules for business operations
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a very fast passed environment.
