    COLSA IS SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR POSITIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE AMC ENTERPRISE COLLABORATION AND PRODUCTIVITY ENVIRONMENT, THE AMC ENTERPRISE PORTAL (AEP) IN BOTH CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED ENVIRONMENT

     

    • Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects
    • Provide Tier II technical support to SharePoint customers with questions regarding authentication, permissions, workflows, and usability.
    • Problem troubleshooting and documenting efforts using a ticket management tool.
    • Ability to isolate problem trends and ensure that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found.
    • Communicate moderately complex or technical information, ideas, and results effectively in both oral and written format.
    • Provide advice to customers in SharePoint system design and optimal configuration
    • Escalate unresolved tickets to Tier III support, as needed, and report recurring problems. Interact with the infrastructure team and/or development team to restore service, identify root causes, and correct problems.
    • Able to think logically and act decisively in critical situations. Ability to distinguish between different types of issues and select the correct source for a solution. Summarize and report incidents.
    • Perform troubleshooting, fixes, customizations, and upgrades to the approved software releases; plan and execute the installation of upgrades; and coordinate with but not limited to project managers, NEC-R, DISA, Microsoft, designated Processing Centers, IMOs, and others as designated by the Government.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field.

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience to include a minimum of 3 years years working experience in project coordination
    • Proficiency within a Microsoft environment, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • High level of SharePoint proficiency.
    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    •  Experience in project management, from conception to delivery preferred.

  • Qualifications
    • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
    • Possess a Social Security Card issued and approved by the Social Security Administration.
    • Possess and provide proof of at a minimum, either a HS diploma or GED equivalency certificate or a higher degree.
    • Meet one of the following experience/education requirements for Security Officer positions:
      • Three (3) years Physical Security experience within past five (5) years, or
      • An Associate’s degree, or at least 60-semester hours college credit in any field of study, or
      • Three (3) years military or National Guard experience, (active or reserve) or
      • Successful completion of Police Officer Standard Training (POST) course, or
      • Any reasonable combination of the above

              

    • Speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English
    • Meet and/or exceed medical/physical requirements to include Physical Agility Test
    • Must complete the NASA Protective Services Training Academy and obtain Government approval.
    • Must pass a Psychological evaluation
    • Must pass a drug test
