SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Systems Administrator installs, configures, and supports software applications, computers and/or mobile devices. This position responds to desktop support calls from onsite and remote users. This is a high-pressure, demanding environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnoses hardware and software problems; replaces defective components.
Installs and maintains printers.
Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Servers 2008 or 2012; 2 years preferable.
Experience supporting Active Directory; DHCP; DNS; Print servers; 2 years preferable.
Ability in virtual environment support, VMWare or Hyper-V; 2 years preferable.
Experience creating and deploying standard desktop images, Windows 7 & 10; 2 years preferable.
Experience with Windows patch management systems; 2 years preferable.
Windows 7 or 10 desktop support experience; 3 years minimum.
Microsoft Office 2010-2016 support experience; 3 years minimum.
Ability to quickly solve problems; critical thinking skills a plus.
The position requires someone with customer service skills; approachable and personable.
This is a position of trust requiring an enhanced background check.
