  • Responsibilities
    • Participates as part of a independent review team to perform M&S validation and verification testing for complex threat models and integrated model systems. 
      • Creates and executes test plans.  
      • Performs analysis in conjunction with other teams within the program.
      • Creates test reports following program standards.
      • Must be a motivated self-starter who performs with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and strong technical writing skills.
    • Performs systems modeling, simulation and analysis *

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field of equivalent experience
    • Working knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
    • Minimum of 5-8 years related experience.
    • Previous experience in systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
    • Active DoD SECRET security clearance
    • Candidate selected will be required to take and successfully pass a DIA Polygraph within 60 days of start date to retain employment

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • TS-SCI highly desired
    • Simulation and/or knowledge of military weapon systems is a plus
    • Knowledge and experience with MATLAB or Simulink is preferred but not required

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in related field.
    • Four (4) years experience on a U.S. Navy C4I Contract.
    • Qualified candidate must currently hold and maintain an Active SECRET Security Clearance
    • Proven administrative experience
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
