- Participates as part of a independent review team to perform M&S validation and verification testing for complex threat models and integrated model systems.
- Creates and executes test plans.
- Performs analysis in conjunction with other teams within the program.
- Creates test reports following program standards.
- Must be a motivated self-starter who performs with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and strong technical writing skills.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
- Minimum of 5-8 years related experience.
- Previous experience in systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance
- Candidate selected will be required to take and successfully pass a DIA Polygraph within 60 days of start date to retain employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- TS-SCI highly desired
- Simulation and/or knowledge of military weapon systems is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with MATLAB or Simulink is preferred but not required
