    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The duties and responsibilities to be performed, the methodology the Contract Manager will apply to the contract and as the business manager overseeing the office and related duties. Duties include managing project cost, budget control, purchasing compliance, and tracking project funding status.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    The Contract Manager’s professional experience and capabilities to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

     

    • Coordinates all business functions related to human relations, finance, production control, and corporate contract compliance
    • Manage contract compliance with FAR and all government regulations and policies
    • Reviews all contract modifications and amendments for scope of work changes and compliance
    • Manage labor accounting and contract line item funding issues
    • Evaluates selected vendors and ensures compliance with purchasing requirements and ensures compliance with subcontract agreements
    • Ensures compliance with corporate purchasing procedures

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business discipline such as accounting, economics, business administration, or human resources
    • 3 years’ experience in business or administrative management operations
    • Working knowledge of Costpoint Accounting system or similar accounting software
    • Maintenance or construction business managing experience a plus
    • Excellent oral and writing skills and professional level skills using MS Office applications
    • Experience leading a team or crew
    • Must be able to pass background and security check and possess valid driver’s license
