Home Helpers in North Central Connecticut is looking for a part time on call coordinator every other weekend. You will provide weekend support to our caregivers and clients. This is a perfect role for someone with home care scheduling and customer service experience who wants meaningful and flexible work.

All applicants must live in Connecticut

All applicants must have experience using Wellsky in the past with scheduling

Home Care Experience is a must!!

Potential Schedule: Weekends Friday 5p-Monday 9a, WITH POTENTIAL TO ADD IN PERSON WEEKDAY PART TIME HOURS

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist with after-hours scheduling or urgent client/caregiver concerns

Coordinate coverage for open shifts

Document all calls accurately and escalates any critical issues as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a non-medical home care agency is a must

Remote working experience

MUST have At least 1 year knowledge of Wellsky/ClearCare scheduling system

Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
