If you have three or more years of childcare experience, reliable transportation, and flexible availability from 1 pm to 8 pm on weekdays, we want to hear from you. Our caregivers enjoy competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour based on experience, along with weekly direct deposits and mileage reimbursements. You'll start your day with school pickups, followed by homework help, activity transportation, and evening routines. Responsibilities: • Create a nurturing and safe environment for children during after-school hours, ensuring their well-being and happiness. • Assist children with homework assignments, providing guidance and encouragement to foster their academic growth. • Engage children in creative and educational activities that stimulate their imagination and curiosity. • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and any notable events. • Organize and manage daily schedules, balancing structured activities with free play to promote a well-rounded experience. • Encourage positive social interactions among children, teaching them valuable interpersonal skills. • Prepare healthy snacks and meals, catering to any dietary needs or preferences with care and attention. Qualifications: You're a Great Fit If You • Have childcare experience and love what you do (3 years min). • CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified. • Pass a criminal, civil & driving background check. • Can provide 2-3 valid references. • Have your own reliable and personal transportation with a valid DL. • Are 18 years or older. • Have open Monday-Friday availability from 1 pm - 8 pm time frame, as most positions start at 2:30 pm in the car line school pick up. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
