About the Role:

Kidcreate Studio is looking for a passionate and energetic After School Enrichment Program Instructor to bring creativity and fun to kids in the Ashburn, VA area! This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds through hands-on, engaging activities in a supportive and vibrant environment. If you love working with children and have a knack for making learning exciting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging after school enrichment lessons and activities for children

Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment

Guide students through age-appropriate creative and educational projects

Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive group dynamic

Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program coordinators

Set up and clean up materials and supplies before and after each session

Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and age groups

Requirements:

Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or enrichment setting

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a passion for youth development

Ability to work part-time afternoon hours (2-6 pm), Monday through Friday

Reliable transportation to program site(s) in Ashburn, Leesburg, Reston, Herndon, South Riding

Background check required

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Weekend availability is a plus
