About Us: Primrose Schools® is a leading early education provider that offers a balanced learning approach, nurturing curiosity and creativity in a safe and engaging environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Teacher Assistant/Part-Time Bus Driver to join our team and help provide a fun, educational, and safe experience for our students.

Job Hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities: Bus Driver Duties:

Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other designated locations.

Ensure the bus is maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.

Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with students, parents, and staff.

Resource Teacher:

Support co-teachers in planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities for children.

Supervise students to ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Assist with activities and encourage creative and critical thinking.

Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior.

Promote Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum and foster a love for learning.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
