After-School Instructor (Part-Time) – Snapology Classes are held Monday to Friday from 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm at Elementary Schools.

About the Role Snapology is looking for energetic and reliable instructors to lead fun, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) programs for kids ages 6-12. Using LEGO® bricks and other tools, you’ll help students build creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Curriculum, training, and materials are all provided—no lesson planning required!

Schedule

Main need: Monday–Friday, 2:45–4:45 PM (after-school classes)

Additional morning and weekend hours available for camps, workshops, and parties

Flexible scheduling with year-round opportunities

What You’ll Do

Lead groups of up to 20 students in after-school programs, camps, and workshops

Create a fun, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Manage student behavior and ensure smooth class flow

Set up/clean up materials before and after sessions

Communicate with parents, schools, and Snapology staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 years of experience working with children (classroom, camp, tutoring, etc.)

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Must have or be willing to obtain background clearances

Education degree or enrollment in related field preferred (not required)

Experience with neurodiverse learners a plus

Reliable transportation
