Compensation: $35 per hour

Schedule: ~30 hours per week (with flexibility to work additional hours with advance notice)

Overview

Seeking an Afternoon Nanny/Driver for a busy family in Weston, MA, with four active children (ages 14, 12, 10, and 6) and two full-time working parents. The Nanny/Driver/Family Assistant will be providing after school support, including driving the children to activities, light housekeeping, and other family assistance tasks. The family is looking for someone who can commit long-term to helping keep their household running smoothly.

Benefits: 10 PTO of your choosing, 6 Paid Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day), plus PTO when family on vacation (~2 weeks in the summer, ~1 week over winter holidays, ~1 week in the spring).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the children to and from various activities (family vehicle provided)
• Assist with evening routines, including meal prep, tidying common areas, and overseeing the children's activities
• Helping with dinner, laundry, and household organization

• Assist with pet care for a friendly family dog

Requirements

• Experience: Prior childcare experience with multiple children and/or family assistance
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required; must be a safe and responsible driver
• Transportation: Family vehicle (Suburban) provided for transporting the children
• Availability: Ideal candidate available for two non-consecutive weeks to accompany the family to Vermont in the summer
• Other Qualities: Friendly, flexible, and collaborative, with a willingness to work around pets

• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have authorization to work in the US

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
