🎯 Position Summary

The After-School Teacher Aide supports the Lead Teacher in supervising and engaging school-age children in structured activities that promote learning, creativity, and positive social interaction.

👩‍🏫 Responsibilities

✔ Supervise and engage children during after-school hours ✔ Assist with homework support and tutoring ✔ Help organize recreational and educational activities ✔ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment ✔ Support positive behavior and social development ✔ Build respectful and supportive relationships with children and families ✔ Follow Foundations Learning Academy policies and safety procedures

📚 Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent ✔ Experience working with children preferred ✔ Must pass criminal background and central registry check ✔ CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
