About the Role:

Training and Leadership Consulting in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated After School Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by creating a safe, engaging, and enriching after school environment. Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily after-school program activities and curriculum

Supervise student participants

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students

Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school administration

Track attendance, manage records, and prepare program reports

Coordinate enrichment activities including tutoring, arts, and leadership development

Ensure program compliance with organizational policies and safety standards

Requirements:

Experience working with school-age youth in an educational or recreational setting

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers

Proficiency in basic record-keeping and program administration

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred

Passion for youth development, mentorship, and community engagement
