Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, energetic and credentialed director for our afterschool program. The director is responsible for coordinating and supervising student activities, games, crafts, homework and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise developmentally and age-appropriate student activities

Design a daily and weekly schedule

Provide direct supervision of students to ensure safety

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

Director Credential

Fingerprint and Background Clearance

First aid/CPR certified

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
