About the Role:
Join In and Out Tire Pros as an Aftermarket Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll be the key link between our customers and their automotive needs. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service and expert advice, ensuring our clients drive away satisfied and safe.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide tailored solutions.
Advise on tire selection, maintenance, and aftermarket services to enhance vehicle performance.
Schedule appointments and manage service workflow for optimal efficiency.
Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend repairs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
