What You’ll Do as an Assistant Teacher
Help create a safe, healthy, and joyful learning environment
Support children’s social and emotional development through play and connection
Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
Collaborate with Lead Teachers and contribute ideas and creativity
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required; enrollment in or completion of an Early Childhood Education or related program strongly preferred
A genuine love for working with young children
Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (for safety and care responsibilities)
Must meet state background check requirements
