    Job Description

    Afterpay is looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive exponential growth of new shoppers across the globe. You will develop and manage Growth product initiatives that focus on consumer acquisition and activation. You will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data analysts, marketers and researchers to build new product experiences that our customers will love. We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and optimize user acquisition and activation products to increase new user acquisition and activation. ● Optimize app onboarding funnel and registration flow. ● Primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals. ● Partner with growth marketing to optimize paid advertising channels to improve marketing ROI. ● Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps. ● Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing. ● Lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of key initiatives and products. ● Identify and devise strategies to add new growth channels. ● Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ● 5+ years product management or related experience. ● Experience working as a growth product manager in a fast-paced environment ● A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset; you’re resourceful and in your element going from 0 to 1 ● Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs ● A hunger to tackle complicated and impactful product & business problems ● Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way ● Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities ● Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently lay out and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Previous experience in building an optimizing registration and app onboarding products preferred but not required.
