    Job Description

    We are looking for one Product Marketing Assistant supervisor to join our team. As a full-time Product Marketing Supervisor, you will focus on supervising our marketing platform, people operations tools from ideation to execution, and in association with product management, user experience, operations, and monitoring product marketing assistants.

    Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all marketing for clients within the marketing department.

    • Develop a marketing strategy for our clients, in line with their company objectives.

    • Deploy marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

    • Assist with the concept, writing, creation, and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

    • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.

    • Assess and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

    • Collaborate with the entire marketing team, creative services, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

    • Maintain effective internal communication to make sure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

    • Oversee marketing spends and allocate/invest funds wisely.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Degree or equivalent experience, ideally within Marketing or Business is an asset.

    • Previous experience in a Marketing role preferred.

    • Experience in digital and retail consumer marketing (Advantageous).

    • Prior experience managing 3rd party vendors and agencies (Beneficial).

    • Previous experience of content creation.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work accurately, confidently and without close supervision.

    • Excellent Excel and presentation skills.

    • Awareness to all elements of the marketing mix.

    • Exposure to agency creative & design processes (Beneficial).
